In order to satisfy forging process requirements, from the most conventional to the most recent techniques, CONDAT created a line of casting lubricants capable of covering all techniques:

- open die forging,

- ring rolling, and
- warm and cold forging.

This range includes:

- graphited oils,
- graphited aqueous solutions,
- white products,
- ceramics and coatings, and
- solid lubricants.

Designed for operations involving steel, aluminum, yellow metals and special alloys, our development criteria were developed to provide:

- better productivity,
- tool resistance,
- a reduced scrap rate, and
- true consideration of human and property safety, and environmental protection.

In this respect, we also design and install lubrication-related equipment (dosing, spraying…).
